Before contacting support

• Keep the receipt image and do not clear the ledger.
• Note what you tapped and the message displayed.
• Do not email complete payment-card details or unrelated identification.
• Export a complete recovery ZIP before reinstalling or deleting the app.

Backup and recovery

Luudwood does not keep a server copy of your ledger or receipt photos. Your operating system may include the app in your personal iPhone backup when enabled. Use the app’s recovery ZIP regularly and store it somewhere secure. Luudwood cannot restore a ledger that was not included in an available iPhone or recovery backup.

Tax and filing questions

Luudwood can help explain the app’s controls and reports, but cannot decide the correct tax treatment for your business. Verify records against original documents and consult a qualified professional when needed.
