Before contacting support

• Keep the receipt image and do not clear the ledger.
• Note what you tapped and the message displayed.
• Do not email your private recovery code, complete payment-card details or unrelated identification.
• Export a recovery backup before reinstalling or deleting the app.

Cloud-backup deletion

Turn off automatic backup in the app to stop future synchronization. Then email privacy@luudwood.com from your usual contact address with “Ledger backup deletion” in the subject. Do not include the recovery code in email. We may request limited information needed to identify the backup safely.

Tax and filing questions

Luudwood can help explain the app’s controls and reports, but cannot decide the correct tax treatment for your business. Verify records against original documents and consult a qualified professional when needed.
